Good evening friends. How are you? I hope my all friends will be good and happy, by the grace of God I am also happy and well. First of all, jumma Mubarik to all. Today I am back with new recipe blog in which I am going to share the karachi bryani recipe that i make at home with very easy way. my mother was busy to washing the clothes and i am free at home, nothing to do anything. so i decided to make the karachi bryani. for this i went to bazar and buy some ingredients that will use in it.

ℂ𝕒𝕞𝕖𝕣𝕒 𝕒𝕟𝕕 ℙ𝕚𝕔𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕖 𝕕𝕖𝕥𝕒𝕚𝕝:

Location: Pakistan.

Ingredients:

• Onion
• Potatoes
• Rice
• Cooking Oil
• Salt
• Tomatoes
• Ichar Gosht Masala
• Bryani Masala
• Tomeric
• Red chili
• Garm Masala

Making Process:

First of all add the 3 Table spoon oil into the pot on medium flame then fry the onion till to brown. After this add the four small pieces cutting tomato in it and fry it well. then add the 2 tea spoon of ichari gosht msala, chilli and bryani msala and paper in it and then fry it well.then add the salt as your taste. After this i add the small pieces potatoes and chicken in it and fry it again. After this add the water and after 10 mint add the rice in the hot water. After 15 mint turn off the flame and serve the karachi bryani.
