Hasselt's Spiny Spider (Gasteracantha hasselti)

Hey Beauty of Creativity Lovers! Today I have a spiny shell spider (Gasteracantha hasselti) that I captured a few days ago. It is about the size of an ordinary jumping spider, has a hard shell like a crab, the shell is orange, and has 6 black spines on the edges. The head is dark black, except for the large jaws, the eyes are barely visible. Like the orb-weaver spider species, it also builds cobwebs between low-growing plants.
