Woodland Mushroom

in Beauty of Creativity11 months ago

It's great to have another time to explore the wet area to look for mushrooms after we had heavy rain the other night and who knows there were some of them fruited somewhere in the wood, so I decided to head to local forest which is not far from my place. Soon I arrived at the spot, I accidentally noticed these mushrooms growing on decayed log, look like they were there to welcome me. It is included into woodland mushroom, often in evidence when hardly any other mushrooms are to be found. I was fascinated with this mushroom, so I spent a little time to take its photos with my DSLR. This typical mushroom mainly grow on rotten trees and on fallen branches, but occasionally you may also find it growing on other kinds of hardwood. It appears, I was not only caught up with its color but it also dragged me to observe its cap structure as if it was intentionally carved by nature and live peacefully among the leaves litter and little twig in the wood. Like I used to do when I saw such a mushroom that's worth a shot, and if it was in the dark, I managed to take them to the open space, so I could take some photos.
