Traditional Street Food: "Kue Pancong" | 10% Beneficiary to shy-fox
Hello everyone! I am interested to talk about a different theme of photography, which is street food photography. Street food can show many aspects of cultural life, from buying, and selling, and eating as well as the way to show the dynamism of street food sellers. Under the drizzle, I headed out to the traditional market, intending to do some portraits. Before I made a long way to the market, I paid a short visit to legendary street food booth that has been here since a long time ago.
It's a traditional street food that renowned as a favorite in town. During the cold weather, this booth was crowded and the seller has to work hard to serve the customers. Here we call "Kue Pancong" partly baked cakes as I am not able to find the correct name in English. Being said this typical street food has been around many years ago and till now, this food is still a favorite snack, perfect companion with coffee.
So after having his permission for the photos, I observed the way he made it thru the lens, and interestingly he still uses the old stuff to make this food. So today, I am sharing some street food photos with you as well as introducing you to our legendary food in downtown.
