Small Skipper on the Leaf || 10% to shy-fox
I am pleased to continue showing you some photos of a common winged insect that were shot a few days ago. As you may all know, macro/close up is kind of device that is capable of capturing smallest subjects. It has been around to bring up the unseen things to be clearly seen. Macro alone has attracted a lot of nature lovers to bring up the breathtaking creatures to the surface.
In matter of fact, the butterfly is one of awesome insects that need some exposures, as of today I present you lulworth skipper, a butterfly family that is categorized as smallest insect and it can be usually found on the flower as the common nature of the insect to get some food.
I found this winged insect was perching from one leaf to another, and sinking its half of the body into the leaf. It did not move quite a lot, so I could have great chance to capture it from different angles and spots. Not to say too long about this winged insect, as I realize I am not really good at it and I better show you some pics of skipper that I photographed in little wood.
Although the skippers spend most of their time basking or resting among vegetation, they are being said as great flyers, maneuvering expertly through tall grass stems. It is these darting flights, wings glinting golden-brown in the sunlight, that normally alert an observer to their presence.
