Panning Shots: Art of Motion
It's been quite a while I am not dealing with this type of photography. Through these shots, we can see the subjects are moving and we needed to capture them by directing the camera following the subject. It is a technique that produces outstanding results by requiring a lot of practices to get the best shots (I am still practicing to get it right). I am coming back with panning photography. A typical photoshot that creates the feeling of motion that is mostly found on the street. As a beginner for this style, I tried to be familiar with the shutter speed sans panning tends to do. Nothing easy to produce quality photos and take a lot of time to make them eye-catching. When I was trying to learn on how to pan I straightly found it difficult to adjust my speed to the subject. That is me! Based on the first trial, I stood with my feet firmly in the ground, held the camera as tight as possible to avoid the camera shake, and wait for few minutes to direct to the subjects. Panning photography usually takes place in the street or in other public spots. Due to the intention to be a photographer, I must take a picture that goes with a feeling in them and I felt lucky having this recognized style in the photography world.
