Human Portraits: Local Fishermen Routine|| 10% to shy-fox

in Beauty of Creativity2 years ago

Greeting everyone! On this fine evening, I would like to show you another human portraits that were taken around the beach. Lucky to see some local fishermen were catching fish traditionally. Here we call "Tarek Pukat" or in English I can say as the Net Pulling Work, that has been regarded as the routine for some people who live in the coastal area. It also passes down from generation to generation to conserve this routine.

Somehow, this traditional activity has been adopted as the manifestation of helping each other during this work. The mutual-assistance is mostly seen as the way to appreciate the ones who help to pull the net. Throughout this activity, we can see many people took part of in pulling the trapping fishes that trapped in the net up to the shore. They earlier set the net under sea water for some time, and when they feel that the time to pull it up, people gathered and suited their position to hold the rope.

Upon the command, they dragged the net rhythmically as if they were dancing while pulling this stuff. They worked from time to time until they met the fishes stuck in the net, taking a long time to get them. However, they knew that the patience would produce luck.
