Death’s Head Hawk Moth Caterpillar | 10% to shy-fox

The unique thing about caterpillars is that they are colorful and fluffy . Another interesting stuff is that caterpillars do not make a lot of move, so we can take pictures as many as you want. Take this chance before it transformed to be another fascinating creature, butterfly or moth that sometimes give us hard time to catch. It's midday when I found such this scary-beautiful caterpillar hibernated on the leaf, I think that is one of the scarce caterpillar that I ever found, not only the body but it appear something on its back, hairy soft tail.

From the appearance, I think it is the same type as a stinging rose caterpillar, scientifically described as Death’s Head Hawk Moth larva. Caterpillar are the youngest forms of butterflies and moths, that have different forms and colors. Some caterpillar look scary but some other look cute and beautiful which invited us to take closer look and take a shot. Caterpillar are easy-found species but one thing for, they will be turned into beautiful butterfly and moth.

Luckily, we can identify them by its physical features behaviors, colors, and markings. Actually, I often skip caterpillar, especially the feather ones which show me less attractive but this one is exceptional. The unique thing about caterpillars is that they are colorful and fluffy before they really become butterflies or moths.
