Common Lynx Spider || 10% to shy-fox
Lynx Spiders are mostly found on trees or grasses. During the daylight, they are active hunting small insects. Having slim body and long thin legs with spines make them easy to reach the preys. If we look closely, we clearly notice that they have colorful colors, yellow, silver and orange-brown bands along bodies.
According to the source, this typical spider hunt like a cat by approaching slowly the prey and straightly attack. That's why it is called Lynx, refers to the wild cat. Unlike other spiders, this spider does not build web nor retreat but make egg sac on leaves. They also have the characteristic pattern of four row of two of their eyes.
The line patterns on this Lynx Spiders we can see either black or orange-red, slightly different between individuals. I got a chance to shoot it right this afternoon, when the day was a bit calm, I went out to search for something interesting to be shot, and I found this spider seemed to be calm on a leaf, look like just got done with prey of small flying insects, including flies and bees. This allowed me to take a few shots with my smartphone.
