Cattle Egret (Bubulcus ibis) || 10% to shy-fox

Besides this place provides a lot of insects, I could also find some birds, especially the egrets. I first spotted on this bird before it made a smooth landing to the grass and spending some time looking for food along with cattle which straightly tempted me to take a few shots. It is cattle egret (Bubulcus ibis), also known as common egret belongs to a member of the heron family Ardeidae.

It was good to see them around here during this hour and I wasted no time to capture them as good as possible. Surely, I took them from a distance range as a way to avoid distractions that might disturb their time. Egrets are known as the waterbird which we mostly find in the swamp area.

The cattle egret (Bubulcus ibis) is a cosmopolitan species of heron (family Ardeidae) found in the tropics, subtropics, and warm-temperate zones. It is the only member of the monotypic genus Bubulcus, although some authorities regard its two subspecies as full species, the western cattle egret and the eastern cattle egret.source
