I am delighted to take you to architecture photography. Aceh Tsunami Museum was built after Tsunami occurred in Aceh-Indonesia in 2004. This museum is regarded as the iconic building in Aceh that is situated in Aceh's Capital City Banda Aceh. To be honest, I am just an architect enthusiast and do not really know about the characteristic of a design but I love anything that relates to artistic design. So my first pick goes to this building as I thought, it was full of art as well as magnificent interior design that was born from the thought and hand of a well-known Indonesian architect Ridwan Kamil (currently serves as Governor of West Java).
It is not just a building, it is also a reminder of the unforgettable tragedy of the Indian Ocean mega earthquake and tsunami disaster that happened in 2004 as well as an educational center for people who want to know about what really happened in that year. I was personally amazed by the design of the inside out.
If we see from birds' eyes, this museum will be like a tsunami swirl, from the human perspective this building will be seen like a surviving ship. This museum has been well known for the unique architecture that attracts many tourists to pay a visit and there they are also provided with all history about Tsunami Aceh 2004.
