Chicken Kachori made at Home

This is a light snack which we normally eat from outside but I don't prefer because the quality is poor when they make it outside. Its not very difficult to make so I gave it a go at home
You need following things to make it:

• Fine flour
• Chicken
• Some light spices
• Oil
  
  Prepare chicken, traditional oil and butter beforehand
  
  
  
  Take fine flour in a bowl
  
  
  
  Mix it with water so it can take hard form
  
  
  
  Now place chicken meat inside and give it appropriate shape by rounding which is their signature style
  
  
  
  Prepare as many beforehand

  

  
  
  Now start to fry them on low heat in some oil
  

  
  
  Take them out when start to turn light brown
  

  
  
  Be sure to dry oil first
  

  
  
  They are ready to be served, they are perfect snack for rainy days.
