Nowadays , it is available in the market easily and the summer is also continue . It is found in Pakistan. A large quantity of this fruit is available in Pakistan . My father brings it daily for us . We also make it's juice . Vitamin-c is found in the black currant.

In sindhi it is called "Pharawan" and in the persian it is called "Paalsa". It is very famous fruit . It's colour is red , when it is ripened. Then it's colour is black . It's flower is yellow . It is very useful in "diabetes".

Black currant is a fruit that has many benefits as well as pleasure.

"How to make juice by black currant".
Ingredients :
Black currant === 1 kg
Water === 2 cups
Sugar === half cup
Black cup === 2 tea spoon

"The method of preparation;"
In the grinder put put the water , black currant , black salt and sugar and start the grinder . Now strain it and put it in a cup .

Your juice is ready . We can drink it now .
