After you start there, here is the Directory group, where we will be creating guides to get you around Steemit. Join a bunch of Steemit Communities, joining Communities is a good place to start.

Next, let's get you some Tokens. Read this guide (more are coming, so watch for them) and you will earn 20% APR in Tokens, APR is the yearly (Annual) Interest rate. You will not get them right away, it will take about a week. The more STEEM you use the better your return.

If you could earn 5% Interest at a Bank, that is a great rate and they probably have horrible fees. 20% APR is amazing, and doing it now is even better because STEEM is headed up in value. So the Tokens you earn now will likely go up in value, or you can trade them for STEEM which will go up.

Making a Token now is Smart as it costs 100 or 1000 STEEM depending on the type of Token. Right now STEEM is $0.15, but when STEEM is $1.00 each, that 100 or 1000 STEEM is $100.00 or $1,000.00 so now is the time to get a Token made.
And if you use @upvu to earn Tokens at 20% APR, you can use those Tokens to buy back your Homemade Token to help raise the value.
The best way to earn on Steemit is to create an Ecosystem of earnings, that are then traded with the understanding that Cryptocurrency and Token Assets, are like Stocks. So we Buy low Sell high, and work to keep the price up. And if we ride these Crypto upwards Bull Markets, stay Bearish, but be ready to dump one Token or Currency to another on a Bull Run, which you then bring back to your own personal Token; you are ultimately in possession of your own small fortune.

For anyone who wants a play by play of what to do, this will work as of now Oct 2020, but as time passes certain parts may change in viability.
Make a Community, Join Communities, do Challenges, Vote on posts, Comment on posts
Delegate to @upvu so you can earn Tokens, keep some SP for yourself so you can post, comment, etc.
Join Blurt, put like $5.00 of STEEM Backed Dollar earnings from Minnow Support on Blurt. Copy your Steemit Blogs directly over to Blurt with Blurt Hashtags instead of Steemit ones. Continue to add SBD earnings to Blurt until such time that Blurt Market value goes to $1.00 or so. At that time, Power Down your Blurt and Power up on Steemit. Continue adding SBD earnings to Blurt as you desire.
Create a Token, depending when you read this you can do this with plenty of time before Blurt goes that high. Distrubute your Token to everyone you can. Announce it here, create an Announcement thread on Bitcointalk.
Use your UPVU Token earnings at 20% APR, and sell them to Buy Back your own Tokens. Sell your Tokens at the highs and buy STEEM, convert to SP, Delegate to UPVU, Buy back your Token, repeat.
A good measure to see how far along we are is to Watch the UPVU account. It currently has about 350 Followers, and 9,000,000 SP with Delegations. When UPVU has 1,000 Followers and 20,000,000 we will be well on the way. When they have 10,000 Followers and anything near 100,000,000 SP Delegated, we should all be making plenty by then.

Or you don't like the idea of people using Blurt and Steemit together? All your highest earners are already on Blurt. Even Greeters.

It is the mention of other platform. They only want us to use steemit. Come focus on BLURT with GREEN HOUSE RADIO. We wont be censored.
I will use Blurt, but I want to use them together. Blurt should be seen as like a sibling or cousin to Steemit.

So I genuinely had no clue TRON had Tokens until last night. I literally just learned about TRC10 and TRC20 Tokens, I can see how you might want those to be involved.
I am about to write a follow up to this with TRON Tokens and more. We are going to bring Wealth to Steemit.
We can not be in constant fear of other currencies, we must allow it to be an ecosystem, just like when Litecoin was invented and Bitcoin felt threatened. But Bitcoin and Litecoin coexist, and now so do several Altcoins including Steemit.

Don't worry, there is no intention to pull people off Steemit to go anywhere, in fact I am bringing users TO Steemit, not taking them away. And Steemit Inc will appreciate this when Blurt is $1.00 (it has less than 4,000 users currently, that is going up and Blurt will hit a Bubble).
At that time we can Sell Blurt to Buy STEEM, thereby raising the price of STEEM and having a new Whale Pod like Steemit used to have instead of needing constant Administrative Curation.
With enough Whales and Dolphins the Community can self Curate.

Also, just for everyone to think about, with Steemit Communities, this won't be an exact Science, but once your Community has X number of members, like 99% of people that land on the page will Subscribe to the Community.
So like, when you are the lone sub to your Community, and there is no content, it is hardest to get new members. Adding content helps, but it also just depends on Fate and who has the interests represented by your Community. You can help the Odds by sharing the Link to your Community in Facebook groups and on Forums.
When you have maybe 20 subs, a higher percentage who view will start to join.
Once you have 100 members, maybe 50%+ join.
And a good thing to think about. GoFundMe is a much much different form of Website, but has a similar foundational concept. It is easiest to get started if you bring in Friends and Family first. The reason most GoFundMes get big is not because a random donor was looking for a cause and came in. It is because their Friends and Family donated, then they grew from there and others came in.
