Steemit Nursery Contest | My Blogging Experience On Steemit Platform By @mosin-nagant
As an opening greeting, thank you for stopping by.
Actually, I have known about Steemit for a long time, even had time to create an account in 2017. That means I belonged to the early generation when this platform appeared. Unfortunately, I lost the file where all my account passwords are stored.
Last August, I finally created a new account. Then the @mosin-nagant is born. I'm happy with the username I chose. Even, I think that namae is very expensive. The name was inspired by the name of a sniper rifle from the time of World War II.
But, apparently the ecosystem has changed. I'm quite shocked! It turns out that there are prerequisites that newcomers must do in order for their existence to be recognized. I have to follow a number of tasks consisting of 6 (six) achievements.
You know, actually I also invited two friends to register on Steemit, namely @wisteriabunjingi and @valica. You can check that. But, unfortunately, both of them are stuck in the task of achieving the first. I hope they follow my lead.
Until now, I'm still trying to convince them that these tasks are in no way aimed at burdening newcomers, arguing that Steemit is a decentralized application a.k.a nobody's owner.
Actually, the program that is a way to ensure that Steemit residents are prepared and qualified people. Therefore, the alumni of Steemit 2017 are obliged to follow it.
You know, what is one thing that makes you nervous while following the program? After posting, I have to repeatedly refresh my browser, is there any notifications? And who they are coming from?
When it came from one of my mentors, I read it quickly. It was great to know that it was a notification that I deserved to follow the next milestone. It was a very memorable experience.
So far, what content have I posted?
My account is so fresh. Until now, I continue to upload a certain amount of content every day. I adjust the type according to my hobbies and abilities of course.
I like short stories. I post some of my work in a community that does accommodate it. For those of you who want to read it, please click:
Besides, I like to write poetry. I put it to some community that really wanted it. For those who are interested, please want to read it click:
Apart from that, I also learned to sketch. If you want to see the results of my amateur sketches, please:
I also enjoy photography. I'm trying to post some photos taken via android camera. If interested to see:
With this, I have recorded 43 times that I have posted content spread across several communities. This does not include achievement tasks for newcomers.
During my experience as a newcomer, I think up until now, I was still quite pragmatic and opportunist. I tried to look for every opportunity to enter the contest.
But, along the way, along the way I think I've learned a few things. Sometimes trashing it will not produce anything. I just need to focus and not only upvote oriented. In the end, the quality of the content is also important, in addition to the wide network.
And, one of the psychological impacts of being active on Steemit is the urge to be expressive. In addition, it seems that being a Steemian forms people who think everything is important.
I mean, Steemians will not waste an object from their camera lens, also ideas for writing that are always up to date. From Steemit, the work takes off like year-end carnival hot air balloons.
So, that my experience in this lovely platform.
-once again, thanks for watching me-
