Although I am still new and for now can't really boast of any tangible financial progress, I will not fail to acknowledge and highlight some tremendous and obvious positive changes and improvements that steemit has effected in my life . I wasn't sure about how much things have changed until my mom having noticed some positive changes told me she was impressed at what I had turned out to be lately. I'll be sharing some areas/ways that steemit has improved my life, it's so incredible.

Improved character

before I joined steemit I was disquiet and I was always gallivanting , I was never steady at home and this always made my family pissed. But ever since I joined steemit I've been studying a lot and carrying out lots of researches, researching about how I could contribute to the steemit platform, how I could do my task very well etc, this has made me very calm, composed, settled and collected, it curtailed unnecessary movements and My mom is very happy about this and I'm also happy for myself too

Steemit has given me a sense of purpose and direction

I now have a sense of purpose and direction, steemit gave me a hope and an ambition, I have set-goals for myself and also a vision. This has really given me peace with myself because at least I now know where and how to channel my skill and energy with hopes of some financial returns in future and I no longer waste my time on unproductive ventures

Discovery of new skills/talents and honing of old skills

I've come to discover some new skills I didn't know I had , one of which is photography, I posted a picture I took of the street of my school in steemit and I got amazing replies, I discovered I was good at photography.Also I always knew I could write but lacked confidence and motivation, steemit has given me that motivation and due to it's intolerance for plagiarism and idea theft ,I have learnt to be creative and I must say I'm happy I'm learning the right way

I have made new friends

Through this platform, I have made new friends, I've met a lot of awesome people , very importantly is that these are people of like-minds from various places and countries , I am so happy for that .

I've improved my knowledge

I have come to learn a lot of new skills, concepts and also improved my vocabulary, before I came to this platform I knew almost nothing about crypto and digital currencies ,words like "blockchain" sounded obscure to me, but all that is now in the past, I have familiarized with those things and even more. I have learnt new food recipes , writing etiquette and a lot of other new things.

Have u been curious or willing to contribute to steemit?, How do you think you can do it?

I was invited to steemit by a friend and ever since I joined and saw the amazing potentials and benefits steemit holds ,I have been more than willing and curious to contribute to the platform. I love food and cookery so I'll be sharing some amazing food content, plus I'll be sharing amazing short stories, I will introduce my friends to steemit, I've already invited one @sokabomb and I'll also purchase the steem token

How do you think steemit can help others?

There are quite a lot of amazing benefits in steemit, ranging from knowledge acquisition, socialization, improved income , entertainment etc. This is the reason I'm inviting my friends, so they can share in this goodness

It's been a great experience in steemit , I lack words to express my gratitude to God and to everyone in the steemit family, you all have been amazing and instrumental to the improvements in my life. I love you all
