I hope you all are well.

๐ŸŒผ Good Morning ๐ŸŒผ

I woke up around 8:30 AM, it was late because there was no electricity in my area since yesterday night we spent the whole night in the dark the climate was also hot and no air was coming inside from the window we could not able to sleep, at once electricity came around 2:00 AM for a short time and again it was darkness, so I was up at 8:30 AM with no energy and more anxiety because I did not get much sleep, this is one of the things I hate the most, it makes me anxious and mood off.

I got myself fresh, had my breakfast, and got ready to work with little or no concentration, I felt dizzy and weak but you have to work every day right, so I started my work with lots of effort.

Before lunch, I tried to sketch a cartoon (TOM) that I uploaded on @Account Booster in the evening.

I had lunch went to work again.

After uploading the sketch, I rested for a while and started reading the new book on Body language. In the book, the author is an Ex-Fbi agent, In the introduction, he shared things about his life how he exiled to another country where he had no idea how to communicate because of the language barrier, so he started reading people's body to befriend with them to make them comfortable and this is how he landed as an FBI agent.

He tells later in a book, that we humans communicate 60 to 70 percent with our body, Fascinating is not it, the way we move, the cloth we wear, the volume of our voice tell much more about ourselves and our intentions.

Later on, he starts the basic about Eye Blocking, If someone looks at you with his eyebrow raised means he likes you
if you see them shrinking the eyebrows that means he doesn't like you or doesn't want to see you or he or she is Threatened.

Eyebrow Raised - like you
Eyebrow Shrinked - not like you/ or threatened

๐ŸŒœ๐ŸŒ› Night updates ๐ŸŒœ๐ŸŒ›

After reading few pages of the book I had my dinner, I did not use my phone because I want to create a new habit No phone after dinner! So I sat for a while doing nothing, you should try this too, our brain(we) always do something we go to the state of restlessness and creates fatigue, we think using our phone or watching youtube might be more enjoyable (sometimes it is) but continues using the phone can really create fatigue and tiredness.
