I hope you are all doing well.I am fine too.Today my topic is very intresting.
Hope you like it.So lets start.

Cook Sweet rice (Zarda).

This is Pakistani rice recipe.They are very popular in Pakistan.This is a sweet dish, especially at weddings.It is also eaten with gusto at home.

boiled rice in water;

First I boiled rice in water.When the rice is soft, I take it out.

Make sugar syrup;

Put the milk in the sugar and put it on the fire.When it became thick like honey, he took it off.

Put syrup into the rice;

I poured the syrup into the softened rice.And put colors in it.

After doing all this, I put the raisin,coconut and Carrots in the rice.
I had already cut all this.

Then I left it to cook on low heat for twenty minutes.

After 20 minutes your rice is ready.
