Welcome to the Steem blockchain's newest newest whale

As before, I have no idea what the account name is, but according to @steemchiller's SDS, the second "whale" account since June 20 arrived yesterday.

The total is back to 32 for the first time since January. This is (probably) tied for the highest number of whale accounts on the blockchain since February some time before April 11 of 2023.
