Possibly the same problem that w-r mentioned: the keys were changed a day too early?

No, the keys weren't changed at that time. Someone else got hold of the key and misused it.
Probably that's why the team changed keys of all accounts before time.
And oh yes, I'm relieved with the break. It was much needed. I bear no accusations of favourtism on my cheeks. 🙃
Ah, yes, okay. In the meantime, I have also noticed this incident... I'm sorry, but the culprit was found quite quickly. I really feel sorry for the mother. Here in Northern Europe Steemit is a game, over there it sounds like a life-sustaining existence...
