With a sense of unease, you try to open Apartment 14, to find that the door doesn't fully open.
It appears that the door is on its chain and you will need to force it open if you want to get in. You think about this for a moment and realise that this could attract some unwanted attention.

With an unwavering determination fueling your every move, you transform into a force of resolute purpose, channeling your inner strength like a coiled spring. Like a swift gust of wind, your powerful kick sends the door flying open, revealing the room that beckons you in.
As the apartment door swings open, and you enter cautiously, your senses heightened, silently bracing yourself for the unknown.
There is nobody home, the emptiness echoing through the rooms like a ghostly whisper.

There must be something to find here ;-)
Like a determined detective in a labyrinth of clues, you painstakingly comb through the apartment, each step closer to finding what you seek.
You look for a weapon first and have a good idea of what to look for - something hard, preferably sharp, something that you can swing or shoot.
As luck would have it, you've found a Sword. It's a cool find and gives you the feeling of a ninja warrior.
It'll be easy to carry too and should keep any adversary at bay.
You toss the Axe to one side and feel an increased sense of confidence that you'll get through this alive.
Your stomach rumbles and you turn your attention to food, searching the cupboards, fridge and freezer for anything that might be edible.
The best you can find is a tin of dog food which you eat hurriedly.
You health has increased by 1
After a thorough and meticulous search, leaving the apartment in a state of utter chaos, you return to the corridor to continue your adventure.
You're cautious to recheck the rest of the corridor and are relieved to see that it's all clear.

Like a dedicated archaeologist excavating an ancient site, you systematically sift through every nook and cranny of the apartment, steadily progressing towards the long-awaited discovery that ignites your unwavering curiosity.
You look for a weapon first and have a good idea of what to look for - something hard, preferably sharp, something that you can swing or shoot.
As luck would have it, you've found the perfect weapon - a Shotgun with plenty of ammo. You've obviously stumbled into the right apartment here although it's a good thing the owner isn't here any more.
It's not the subtlest of weapons, but you're fairly confident that you don't need subtle.
You toss the Sword to one side and feel an increased sense of confidence that you'll get through this alive.
