Or a superstitious Hegelian volkgeist? Switzerland is on the top of fascist and racist conditions according to my experience here having 3 continents to compare. In essence it doesn't matter, because if i'd wake up in 1933 in berlin, nazi germany, what difference does it make if i'd be from 2048, waking up in 2020 surrounded by uncivilized savages? The US dollar is surely not a reserve currency backed by a scarce resource? I also always wondered whats in those vaults down there? Surely no gold anymore? The zurich gnomes know better. thank you very much for this comment. challenging questions and toughts. this would easily fill hours of arguments and discussions. i do not (yet) have a fundamental stance on social policy or currency. my assumptions about developments, however, are partly contrary to my hopes.
Thats nicely put. I have great confidence in your morality and my assumptions would need a multidimensional time machine to check for all alternatives. In the best suited scenario an exchange or moral value is shared. While an exchange of subjective value can be a superficial projection that might get lost in too much paper quantity, the value of utility remains scarcer and better understood by their creators. I am certain that we all have hopes for a better world and probably found each other here for this reason. I hope to see you around the city some day.
