Doctors sometimes treat seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and other types of depression linked to low levels of serotonin with natural or artificial light. It’s easy to wake up and immediately answer calls, e-mails etc. but I’ve learned the hard way, in order to keep up productivity levels long-term.. a healthy morning routine is essential! Wake up, stretch your body, take a cold shower 🚿 (this is difficult at first, but one of the best habits I now absolutely love!), then go for a walk, get your daily dose of VitaminD and have a beautiful, energetically charged day 💛
