Ingredients:
Holy basil leaves 10
½ Inch of ginger
4 black paper seeds
these 3 ingredients grind it and take One big glass of water in it and boil with 3 basil leaves,ginger,black paper,until get ½ of water this is looks like black tea.
Drink the Herbal tea in the morning time and for one hour don't drink (Or) Eat food and don't do head bath.
