RE: 90% of this meal is from the garden, flowers included. And the bread is home made :)
The flowers are nasturtiums. Very tasty ;)
Melted goats cheese on the home made bread. Other than the tomatoes & sunflower seeds all lettuce/rocket/herbs are from the garden.
