It is a kind of food that's made out of cassava. Usually the Cassava is peeled, washed and then grinded with a grinding machine. The next state involves pressing it to get rid of most of the starch content. It is then shiftered to remove the shafts, that leaves the white stuff which you see the big bowl. It feels like cassava flour. The last face involves frying the flour like stuff inside a dry iron pot to remove the water and make it dry.
