That sounds like some healthy routine you have of taking time for yourself! Thanks for sharing. I can only imagine how the atmosphere is up there. Nowadays it's a skill to be able to fully Stop. Rest. Relax. We often think we relax but actually we are just procrastinating or distracting ourselves.
I am an absolutely hectic person and really had to learn to be more relaxed. Does not always work. But you are absolutely right with what you say.
