140 g bulgur
chives
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 handful of mixed herbs (mint, parsley, cress)
2 stalks of fresh thyme
1/2 pomegranate
2 tbsp pomegranate concentrate
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Boil bulgur and place in a bowl

  2. Chop the chives and add to the bulgur with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the lemon juice. Mix everything together and season with enough salt and pepper

  3. Remove the thyme leaves from the stem and chop them into small pieces. Mix the pomegranate seeds, pomegranate concentrate, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to a dressing.

  4. Chop the mixed herbs and add to the bulgur along with the dressing.

  5. Serve with hemp seeds and roasted pine nuts. Good appepti!
