Chicken Feet Adobo

You read it right, these are all chicken feet cooked Adobo style. Adobo is a tasty Filipino dish which the base is mainly soy sauce and vinegar plus garlic, onions, bay leaves and peppercorns. For this recipe, we just had to make sure to clean the chicken feet and peel off the outer skin and remove the hardened skin and boil it first with hot water. Afterwards, it is then cooked with the Adobo ingredients and simmered for about 30 mins until the sauce is almost dried up. We added ginger to give it a good aroma and we added pepper for a little bit of spice.
