💰Full time tax law awaits me for the next 3 weeks. My day starts at 6:00 am in the ...

... morning and goes until 7:00 pm. The goal is to make me as legally fit as possible in German tax law in income tax and the tax code. As a holder of crytoassets, I am of course also interested in how to properly tax crypto assets. This is at least relevant if you do not delegate your financial management to your tax advisor. Since the crypto market is not yet regulated, the tax application has not yet been conclusively clarified and is therefore constantly in flux.
Nevertheless, I am also trying to position myself (in German law) in terms of knowledge in this area, as this could also be relevant for the German community in the long term.

🇩🇪Die nächsten 3 Wochen erwarten mich Steuerrecht in Vollzeit. Mein Tag beginnt um 6.00 Uhr morgens und geht bis 17.00 Uhr abends. Ziel ist es mich soweit wie möglich im deutschen Steuerrecht in der Einkommenssteuer und der Abgabenordnung juristisch fit zu machen. Als Holder von Krytoassets interessiert es mich natürlich auch, wie man Kryptowerte richtig versteuert. Dies ist zumindest dann von Belang, wenn man seine Finanzverwaltung nicht dem Steuerberater deligieren möchte. Da der Kryptomarkt noch nicht reguliert ist, ist auch die steuerliche Anwendung noch nicht abschließend geklärt und befindet sich dadurch stetig im Wandel.
Dennoch versuche ich mich (im deutschen Recht) auch in dem Bereich wissenstechnisch aufzustellen, da dies langfristig betrachtet auch für die deutsche Community von Belang sein könnte.
Meine ersten Erkenntnisse folgen schon bald....
