"This is how it has been done" is one of the statement I hate to hear from people ...

... I expect so much change from. And the question I use to ask is " was it not someone like you that made the same rule you're feeling so scared to change? was there no previous rule before the present one?". But why are we always scared of changing laid down rules when we know the change will bring about a positive result to the group or society. Why do we hide under the canopy of "that is how it has always been done" forgetting the fact that it was perfect for them because it was during their own time, and now is our time.
We all desire a more successful life than our ancestors but never ready to make a change of plan,we still stuck ourselves with that same old plan they used. Ignoring the fact that you can never get a different taste of a stew when we keep using the same ingredients and procedure over and over.
Take a new step,work things out with your own different idea,let people use your own stated rules, and never be scared to make a difference. That it doesn't work for others doesn't automatically mean it won't work out for you. Desire to be the best in everything you do. Yes,people will complain,they will laugh at you but let it all be your driving force.
Because God has a purpose for your existence made you better off than your mother's monthly flow. Remember there can't be a change without a change.
