... Space Saver, This can even be done on your balcony! As the plants grow taller add another Tire and more dirt, these tires should be full of Potatoes in the Fall, but don't put too many, only 3 to 4 seed potatoes in first tire will make lots. Happy Planting and gardening my friends! ❤️🥰🏠
