It's something like that. We call it wrap. A wrap is a thin flat bread wrapped with a filling to form a roll. Its origin is Texan Mexican cuisine, which is why tortillas are often used as wrapping.
Oh so it is shawarma. Here in the Philippines we call that shawarma. That's so delicious 😍😋
