Sweet choco-peanut arepas

I have already said it several times but I will never get tired of repeating it "arepa is good at any time, and at any meal". Yesterday I had that slight craving to eat something sweet, I was thinking about yesterday maybe some pancakes or cookies but I discovered that I didn't have oatmeal and although it is true that by simply blending or passing through the processor you get oatmeal, it turns out that my blender is not working right now so I had to improvise, and this sweet accident came up.
