... started to go back to normal 🙈) I’ve been wound tight this week. Decided to work with it. Sometimes you just gotta move with where you’re at, even if it looks hella weird. Seriously, I have no idea what the eff that was, but I can feel my spine and hips starting to unwind after that. It’s easy to get lost in fear and stay stuck in the head, which is why embodiment tools like freestyle dance can help us get back in the body and FEEL our emotions, rather than just repress them and feel anxious all the time. The only way out is through.
