Top Seller within the whole cluster for the month of November. Needs to have 8 units ...

... to surpass the top seller of the other cluster to be declared as the top seller for the whole program.

We are consisted of 600 customer service representatives that provide customer service and sales to each and every customers we talk to.

The toughest program ever because we need to balance out selling skills to pure customer service.

It's hard because when you turn to a point that you already made the customer happy, that should be it! Pitching a statement to provide revenue to the company is a whole different story that might turn the customer you were able to satisfy off the hook.

This is yet the first month I've entered the program where associates tend to excel within 3-5 months learning curve.

Though my customer service metrics suffered a bit, it's not that alarming compared to other agents who are already being warned to be taken off or separated to the company completely.

This is the battle of all the best customer service associates in the whole Philippines and I am proud to be the second in rank this month... For now. I still need this week to end November with a bang!
