Please don't do that. Just let it be and do not repost a photo that didn't get much upvotes. You'll soon get noticed by a lot of people if you also try to post meaningful comments to their efforts.
Sorry but I disagree. I invested on this platform and i want my return. I am not worried about others upvoting me. If there is a persistent bug in the app they need to look at because my own vote is not registering. If my own vote is registered then i have no problem with it and not repost same image.
