... I thought it was very specific to our jiujitsu training. I hadn’t done it in many months (thanks covid for canceling our BJJ trainings!!!!) so it motivated me to do these at home on my own. my balance is a bit rusty and my arms are sore today 😆 it’s a really good exercise for the entire body!
