This is a bug on alot of android phones. It will be fixed in updates. But i just changed my resolution on my phone to a higher resolution and it is now working.

I have to toggle it back and forth several times for it to pop right but no biggie
Same here. It actually shocks me when theh actually show all like how they should, which only happened 2x since ever.
