Fried Chicken Tinola
Yesterday, I cooked Chicken Tinola for Supper. My husband who is not fond of eating chicken meat loves it. He expresses his appreciation a lot of times since last night. We're stuffed and we had some left overs. He suggested an experiment— fry the meat. That's what I did this morning, for breakfast. Not bad!
