... German term for when you crave food because you are in an emotional state. Other than chocolate, this might even be helpful with decisionmaking. And healthy 😄

This is unripe spelt grain (aka Grünkern) seasoned with curcuma, cumin, pepper and chilli. I still had vegetables from Foodsharing so corn, tomatoes, celery stalk went in there too. The flower leaves are chicory. I eventually didn't need my spoon for that. What I learned from Thai kitchen is to make it colourful and aestetic. Et voila.

Today I finally had time to cook again in order to participate in the smileyappics challenge 😆 I love food, what a great topic!

Most days, I cook what I already have and what needs to get eaten. So recipes are an inspiration but I barely ever stick to it so I don't have to go shopping. 😅 I rarely buy food because I get so much which would otherwise be dumped and wasted.
