I don't know how it will benefit existing users.. Right now I am facing a problem with appics, i.e. I can't even post twice a day,, and can't comment simultaneously, I have to wait 6-7 hours after comment on a post. Is this problem happen because I don't have much steem power..

Yes.. it's mainly because you don't have enough Steem Power..
We will have to wait for further communication from the team regarding how it will work on Telos.. let's see...
