Quick lunch time work out 6 exercises (I only recorded 2) 1 set with either the XL ...becstasadventure (51)in APPICS • 4 years ago ... or L as many reps as I could manage, a quick break then onto the next exercise. The plan is to go up a band once I can do 100 reps. I'm close with tricep extensions on the XL I did 75 today. #apx #resistancebands #fitness #exercise #health #video
