The Iron Curtain memorial was constructed in Budapest outside the 'Terror House'.
The Terror House contains exhibits from Fascist & Communist regimes in 20th century Hungary ⚔️
It is also a memorial to the victims of these regimes, including those detained, interrogated, tortured or Killed in the Building 🗡️
There is also a piece of the Berlin Wall right next to the Iron Curtain, from November 1991, the year of the fall of Berlin Wall! 😲

I was born in East Germany and was a child when the Cold War ended. Never seen a picture representing the iron curtain like this. Great! 👍
But you may apologise, but the Berlin Wall was taken down in 1989. Maybe I'll find some souvenirs from this time in my house and will show it here on APPICS 😀
