... dropped 7KG out of my target of 12KG. This means I’ve passed half way. I made some minor tweaks to my diet at the start of the new year which included more fresh raw vegetables. I haven’t eaten any bread or rice this year either. What a huge difference it makes. Here is a bowl of peas as a side dish.
