Proposal
This will be the start of a Star Trek SMART Fan Club on chain using Telos with possible Script writing DAC using Telos Decide and ground work for future Crowdfunding for high quality Star Trek Fan Fiction using Telos Blockchain fundraising tools and hopefully involving star trek cast over twitter and using tipit to send them telos with our vision for creating a future closest to Star Trek. We can use Telos over twitter now that we have tipit.io TLOS tips, to promote Telos to Original CBS Star Trek Cast members. We can follow CBS guidelines for fan films and create a special DAC for raising funds and voting for new fan scripts for fantasy episodes of all sorts of media. this would allow fans to pool resources for fantasy dream projects and avoid the lower quality budgets, This way 1000 amataeur artists can all use telos to organize and work on a high quality fan production for something they all love instead of trying to do it on their own. Telos Decide should be sufficient for this , along with the telos WPS. I forsee simply using the telos WPS to allow peopel to post proposals for scripts for ANY MOVE< as long as TELOS PRODUCTIONS or TELOS FILMS or A TELOS BLOCKCHAIN production is clearly written at the opening and closing credits of the movie. We have nothing to loose and can only promote the telos brand on potentially million view youtube videos for short sci fi films for example. I had this idea on steem for written philip K Dick EOSIO writers DAC called The Writers Block, and I think its best to use this for Film. STar Trek is just one uniting brand of sci fi I know will unite many Telosians ;) I hope this small amount of telos when used to fund promotions to tip telos to Star trek Fans, will inspire other sci fi fans to post to the Telos Worker Proposal System. The Proposal System will be the big draw of all the twitter and hive posts and messages that will be made to create awaraness for this idea. A logo will be created for the project after more people show support for a Memory Alpha on telos style sytstem.
