"SEC - S9W4: "My Passion for the Arts"
Hello everyone,
Passion can be seen as those activities which we love doing the most during our spare time and some of this passion comes as a talent or gift from the creator. Every individual is created with this talent but it depends on how we make use of it when we discover we are so passionate about the art.
What is the art that you are passionate about and why?🎶
The art which I'm passionate about is music and food art, for the contest, I will be making more emphasis on music. I so much love music with everything in me. It makes me feel complete whenever I'm bored, it brings back life inside me, my passion for music can not be over-emphasized because it touches the soul and also makes me express my emotion. I can't go a day without listing to music.
Another reason why I'm so passionate about music is because it's in me and I can't deny that fact even though I'm not professional yet but I believe it's a matter of time.
From what age did you discover that you could develop this art, have you taken classes or studies to improve it?🎶
I can't say the age precisely but since I was a child, I joined the children's chore in my church and since then my love for music increases each day. I have been singing long before now but developing it needs a lot of resources which at this stage I don't have any of that.
I have not taken any classes but as the day passes by I always believe that things will be better and I will improve in this passion for music.
What is your greatest inspiration when practicing this activity? Which famous character in this field do you identify with?🎶
My greatest inspiration is the passion I have for music, singing has been the source of joy and comfort to me. I listen to messages, motivation, and wise words through song and I also express my mind through music. Music is life to me.
Well, the famous character I identified within this field are numerous because I have listened to numerous songs sung by different song artist and all their song are very ok but the one I admire the most is Mercy Chinwo. She is a Nigerian and a lover of music. She sings with everything in her and I admire her a lot.
Do you practice this art professionally or are you just an amateur? Have you participated in any competition?🎶
For now, I will say I'm an amateur because I have released an album of my own yet, and I don't have enough resources to build myself. But I have been in numerous competitions some are online and some are at the church and to some extent I can say I have been doing well and I bless God for everything.

The song below was sang by one of the good Australian musicians who I enjoyed listening to his inspirational song, he is called Joel Houston. He is also a leader of the band Hillsong United. All their song are very unique and I enjoy listening to them often.

Music is an art and if a beautiful voice sing, it makes our mind relax and mood fresh. I personally like relaxing music because it relax my mind and I can focus on work easily.
I suggest you to record a song and upload it on some social platform so that we can hear it.
You can record the music you sing for church and I know it will hit soon.
