In the night sky, there lived a tiny star called Twinkle. He was so tiny that his light was hardly visible from Earth. This made him feel very unhappy. He wanted to be big and bright like the other stars near him.

Every night, he would gaze at the big bright stars over him and hope that he could be like them. He felt a pang of sadness as he wished he could shine more. The other stars didn’t pay attention to Twinkle or listen to his hopes.

One night, as he was watching the sky, he saw a fluffy gray cloud passing by above him. “Hi little cloud,” he greeted. “Where are you headed?”

The cloud came down closer to Twinkle. “I’m following the wind,” said the cloud. “I don’t have a specific destination.”

“That sounds nice,” said Twinkle. “I wish I could freely sail across the atmosphere like you do.”

The cloud said, “There is a charm in being still. You stars are always a sight to behold, glowing firmly where you are.”

Twinkle was amazed. “But I hardly shine at all!” he exclaimed.

“To me you are the brightest star,” said the little cloud. “Even the tiniest star looks amazing from the Earth at night.”

Twinkle thought about this. He had been so busy comparing himself to the other stars, he hadn’t realized how he shone from so far away.

“You’re right little cloud,” said Twinkle joyfully. “Even though my light is small, it can shine brightly from a distance.”

The little cloud drifted away then, and Twinkle didn’t feel unhappy about his faint light anymore. He understood now that even if you’re tiny, your light can still have a big effect.

So, Twinkle kept shining his tiny light down on Earth. And if you looked carefully at the night sky, you could spot him there - a small dot of light, tiny but still bright. For Twinkle now knew that even the smallest stars have something special to offer.

The moral of the story, you cannot take a tiny thing lightly but it has enough light to give it to others. I will give a real story from my Nani and tag you to show my gratitude.

I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for the visit. 😊

In this steemit platform, you are also shining brightly as the twinkle star in the sky. All the best.

¡Holaaa amigo!😊

Thank you for your valuable comment. 😊

Thank you for stopping by my post. 😊

A twinkle in the sky is never lost...

You wrote a beautiful nighttime story. I could not help but feel a bit of sadness in your words. So often we don't see what is right in front of our eyes, the beauty of life.

I wish you all the best for the contest.
PS: Thank you for the invitation. I think I might just take you up on this one.

Thank you for your valuable comment. 😊

The story of twinkle star ✴️ and the cloud ☁️ is so amazing. They had a very beautiful dialogue between them. If I have to be one of them I would choose to be cloud too. Clouds can flow freely to every part of the world. I would like to see and travel all the world.

I wish you very best of luck in the contest. Blessings.

Thanks. I'm glad you liked it. 😊
