Introduction

Bedtime stories are great ways used in communicating your feelings for your loved one. It can be used as affirmative for your love for your families and friends.
Parents can use bedtime stories to express their love for the children.

The ultimate love

Once upon a time, there lived a girl and a boy who were best of friends. At some point, the boy considered the girl to be more than a friend. He had fallen in love with the girl but lacked the right words to express himself to her about his feelings.


One day, precisely on a Sunday, the boy decided that he would tell his girlfriend about his feelings. He had also already decided that even if the girl would not reciprocate his love, he would find a way to convince her to remain friends as they always be.


The boy picked his girlfriend up from her home, and both of them went on a long drive. After some moment of silentness both of them began talking at the same time.
“I wanted to…” said the boy.
“You know what…” the girl began.
They laughed, and the boy motioned for her girlfriend to continue.

The girlfriend continues by saying “Well, I was saying that I wanted to tell you something for a very long time,” she began again.


At this point, the boy's heart started beating faster.
“What is it?” the boy asked, without looking at his girlfriend.
“I am in love with a particular guy, but the guy is not aware that I am in love with him” she said. The boy's heart nearly stopped beating at hearing from the girlfriend. He looked at his girlfriend for seconds before concentrating on the road again.


When he was a bit calmer and able to control his voice from shaking when he talked, he calmly asked, “Who is the lucky guy? Is he someone I know?”
She replied, “Of course, you do! Don't you know any of my acquaintances?” she asked, looking at his boyfriend. “I am not going to tell you his name, though. His name is written on this paper,” she said, handing a piece of paper to him.


Immediately, he took the piece of paper from her and put it in his pocket and wanted to tear it into pieces and throw it into the dustbin. He was in pains and he felt as if his skin was burning his skin through his shirt.


The moment he got home that evening, he pulled out the piece of paper, angrily unfolding the paper. He was shocked he saw that it was his that was written on the piece paper.
Under her boyfriend's name, she wrote, “I have not found anyone as perfect as you are, and no one who can understand me as well as you do.”

He couldn't control his smile, then burst into laughing, as he was in a relationship with his best friend.

Conclusion

Bedtime stories can be used as creative and indirect ways to communicate feelings and work through issues in a relationship.
You can tell this bedtime your loved one if you are in a relationship or your spouse.
