As you mention, being the main curator, SC01, has a great responsibility and since he/she handles so much power and is so important for the community, the operator(s) must be a person of integrity. Definitely quick reading should be a skill and objectivity, a forte, something that is not easy to master, because we all have our preferences, but in this case, SC01 should bet on a greater welfare.
